Policies and Procedures

In the event of inclement weather, we will follow the Federal government's operating status.
Please call our office (202-785-8000) at 7am for updates.

Full payment of all fees must be made five (5) business days prior to the scheduled class date.
For government clients, a bona fide Purchase Order is required at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled class date.
No refunds will be provided on credit card payments.
Client agrees not to recruit or employ CCC's personnel without CCC's prior written consent.
Client shall pay any collection or attorney fees borne by CCC in enforcing this agreement.

Clients may cancel or reschedule with no financial obligation until six (6) business days prior to the scheduled date. Your notice must be in writing.
Clients agree to pay the full fee for any class canceled five (5) or fewer business days from its scheduled date.
Clients will receive a 50% discount when rescheduling any class cancelled less than 5 business days from the original class date.
Clients may send alternate students to any class, without additional charge, if they give CCC one (1) day's notice.

Training

Join us for four or eight days of any MS Office classes for yourself or share them with coworkers.

Attend four or eight days of web design, graphics and desktop publishing courses or share them with your colleagues.

Attend two classes prior to October 31, 2008 and save 10% on the second class.
