ADD PICTURES TO WORD
Create Exciting Documents
Add graphics and pictures within Word documents and make your reports exciting to read. In Word 2003 and 2007, you can control how text behaves around your pictures and graphics.
Follow these steps to create great looking reports.
In Word 2003, go to the Tools menu and choose Options. On the Edit tab, select the Insert picture as drop-down list. Make a choice and click OK.
In Word 2007 go to the Office Button and select the Word Options button. In the Cut, Copy, and Paste section, locate the Paste Picture As drop-down list. Choose the desired format and click OK.
You can now paste pictures into your document and the text will “wrap” around each picture automatically. Use this tip and you will no longer have to cut and paste pictures and text to make them look right!
