Reusing Your PowerPoint Slides

Do you have a required or favorite slide you often find yourself recreating?

If you have spent time creating the perfect slide with a quote, special graphic or intricate chart, you can insert that slide easily into every new presentation.

Follow these steps to get started with the Reuse Slides feature in PowerPoint 2007:

•    Create a new or open an existing presentation.•    Click the Ribbon’s Home tab and click the down arrow below New Slide. Choose the Reuse Slides option.

•    Open an existing presentation by clicking in the Open a PowerPoint File link in the Reuse Slides pane to bring up a Browse dialog box that lets you choose a file on your computer.
