Exciting PowerPoint Presentations

Enhance your PowerPoint presentations by linking them to your Excel data. Your presentation will be up-to-date and you will save time. Follow these simple steps for both Excel and PowerPoint 2007:

In Excel, select the worksheet data to copy. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, select Copy.
Click in the PowerPoint presentation where you want to paste the Excel data. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, select Paste Special and then select Paste Link
Your Excel data will appear in your PowerPoint presentation with its current Excel formatting.

Now change your Excel data and view the updated change in your PowerPoint slide. The same trick can be used with Excel charts.

Enjoy this neat way to make your PowerPoint presentations comprehensive, current, and easy to manage!
