Creating Links Between Excel and Word
Do you want to update your Word document automatically when you change your spreadsheet? If so, follow these steps. Open your Word document and Excel spreadsheet. In Excel, select the cells you want to copy into Word. From the Edit menu, click Copy. In Word, place the cursor where you want the data inserted. From the Edit menu, click Paste Special. Select Excel Worksheet Object. Select the Paste Link radio button. Click OK. Now, when you make changes to your spreadsheet, your Word document will reflect these changes!
