Using Outlook to Manage Time
You can set Outlook's reminder feature to tell you about important recurring activities. To use recurring tasks, open the Outlook Calendar. Click the Actions menu and click New Recurring Appointment. Select a start time and set the end time equal to the start time. Set the duration to 0 minutes. In the Recurrence Pattern section, select the desired option and click OK. Type in a name for the reminder, click save and close. Using Outlook as your personal assistant can help you stay on top of your game.
