Linking Excel and Word
Link your Excel spreadsheet to your Word document so that Word updates when you change your spreadsheet! Try these easy steps to integrate Excel and Word:
- Select the data you want to copy from your Excel spreadsheet, then click on Copy or use the shortcut key Ctrl+C.
- Go to your Word Document where you want the cells to be placed, and click Paste on the Formatting toolbar.
- Click Paste Options next to the data, and click Match Destination Table Style and Link to Excel. If you want it to look like the Excel spreadsheet, click Keep Source Formatting and Link to Excel
