Remove Formatting in Word 2003
Have you ever had to work on a document that had been formatted so much, you’d rather just start with a clean slate? Try these two easy steps for removing all formatting in a Word 2003 document or for a selected portion:
- Select the whole document by pressing Ctrl+A, or select the specific portion of the document where you want the formatting removed.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+N.
Your document is now clear of all previous formatting and ready for re-shaping the way you want it!
