TIPS AND TRICKS

Using Office 2003?ǨѢs Menus

Have you noticed how MS Office 2003 menus only show a few frequently used commands? Experts who know the menu commands by heart might actually prefer shorter menus. For the beginner however, or for people who prefer to see all menu items, try following these simple steps:

  • From any MS Office application, choose Tools, then Customize.
  • When the Customize multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select Options.
  • Check Always Show Full Menus, and then click Close.

Once you've done this for one application, you can see all the menu items for all Office 2003 applications installed on your PC!
