Easy Navigation

Did you recently get a new computer?  If so, you are probably now running Windows 7.  This upgrade brings lots of changes, with some fun ways to navigate:

• Clean Up Your ScreenWhen you have multiple windows open and want to unclutter your screen, use Aero Shake to organize your view. Click and hold the title bar of the window you want to leave open, give it a quick shake, and your screen will be cleared of all windows except the one in which you are working.

• Aero PeekAnother option for navigating a screen cluttered with windows is Aero Peek.  Hover the mouse over the lower-right corner of the screen.  On the right of the Time and Date area, there is a tiny button to show the desktop.  Click the button if you want to keep this view, showing only the desktop.

Improve forms. When converting a document to a form, Acrobat 9 looks for standard form fields. Map the data collected to a database for your future use. You also can email forms for completion—once you receive the completed form, the data is automatically added to your database!

Transform static PDF documents into interactive pages with Flash support. Insert video files into your documents, specify what actions trigger the video and embed your Flash applications into the PDF.

Share PowerPoint presentations in PDF. With Acrobat 9 Pro Extended version, you can convert PowerPoint files into a Flash file, upgrade the quality of images and audio, change the look or theme, and add new data.

Share multiple PDF files, related spreadsheets, pictures and documents. In Acrobat 9 Pro and Pro Extended, build a portfolio of project documents and walk readers through the documents using display templates and navigation options.
